REH- Property Flyer Option 6

All flyers are FREE TO CREATE & download. Agents are responsible for their own printing expense. The application is mobile friendly as well.

USE WEB FRIENDLY IMAGES. When you upload images of the properties or yourself the images should NOT BE LARGER THAN 1 MB UNLESS you are looking for professional grade printed flyers. This tool can be used for this purpose, but the upload and download time will be slow, so prepare yourself.

Steps :

1. CLICK on “DESIGN ONLINE” button.
2. Modify all text as necessary.
3. Click on the Image Squares and upload your desired image.
   • Click “Add Image”
   • Scale the image using the ZOOM TOOL until it fills the entire space.
   • Move the image to it’s intended position.
4. WHEN FINISHED ON DESKTOP
   1. DO NOT CLICK on the APPROVE BUTTON in the top right-hand corner. DO CLICK on the RED ADOBE CIRCLE ICON in the bottom right-hand corner to download your flyer.
5. WHEN FINISHED ON MOBILE PHONE
   1.  DO NOT TAP on the CHECKMARK on the top right-hand corner. DO TAP on the EYE ICON on the left hand side to generate the PDF file and a link that you can then forward to a printer. Copy the hyperlink in the browser and send to your printer.
