The single best way to increase your productivity and have a better life is accountability. That’s right – somebody has got to hold you accountable for the things that you say you want to do. What are we really talking about?When we talk about tracking and coaching, we are ultimately talking about your goals. How big you dream will determine how far you go in your business. Once you pull that out of the recesses of your mind and create it, it’s already in play.

What do you have to do to meet these goals? You have to pay attention to what you’re doing. The best way to do that is to get those numbers down that directly relate to what it is that you want to accomplish. If you want to sell 50 homes, how many people do you need to meet each year in order to reach that mark? If you want to make $200,000, what steps do you need to take in order to make that happen?

The tracking part is simple. Once you have the numbers configured, then you can systematically plan out what pieces you need to put into place in order to reach your transaction goals. The last step is having someone to hold you accountable, like a coach. This can be anybody from an office colleague to a coach from a professional coaching service. If you don’t have somebody to keep you motivated, it’s going to be pretty hard to meet those goals. At the end of the day, it’s all about helping you achieve the dreams that you set for yourself.
